NRF is committed to developing the professional careers of its employees. We strongly believe that it is essential to have the involvement and motivation of our members to achieve success. We want our employees to feel useful and inspired within the organization.
To get there, we run several talent programs. Our leaders are constantly trained to coach and support their teams, and we offer educational opportunities like internal trainings, development programs, and language courses to stimulate growth and improvement.

The Network is our internal development platform that brings out the best in people, individually and collectively. It involves several “functional and fun” live events in our different locations in Europe, as well as online trainings and meetings with external and internal professionals. In addition, sponsored by our management team, the networkers are assigned a ‘Must Win Battle’ project that they must develop in teams over a year. This is a unique opportunity that enriches our people’s careers and boosts their professional and personal skills.
Internship programs allow students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the field that interests them. For NRF, it is a win-win situation as it brings us fresh knowledge and the privilege of participating in your learning development. Some colleagues who have been working in NRF for many years now started as interns. If you are interested in doing an internship with us, get in touch with us via an open application and your study institution to check the possibilities of creating a partnership agreement.
At NRF we have moved a step forward towards removing the unconscious bias in our recruitment process. In collaboration with Equalture we have implemented a gamified system in which our candidates at the start of the process will be evaluated through a series of fun, neuroscientific game-based assessments. The games we propose focus on the cognitive abilities and behaviours that are needed in the position offered.
