About the job

In this role you will be responsible for quality control of products, overseeing returns to NRF warehouses and generating reports and technical documentation. Working with various departments within the company, you will ensure compliance with documentation and quality standards.

What are you going to do as a Technical Support Specialist?

  • Basic quality control of products in terms of compliance with technical documentation, correctness of operation, quality of workmanship
  • Supervision of returns delivered to NRF warehouses
  • Preparation of technical inspection reports and communication of results to other departments/units
  • Liaising with other NRF technical divisions and other departments within the company
  • Reporting of technical problems and performance
  • Production of photographic documentation

What do you bring as a Technical Support Specialist?

  • Training in automotive mechanics or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel applications and operation of basic IT systems
  • Team orientation and results-oriented
  • Technical experience in automotive
  • Experience in warehouse work
  • Be able to communicate in English
