About the job

You will join a planning team based in Jankowo, responsible for the end-to-end supply chain of the whole company. Your main role within the team, will be ensuring correct stock levels in our warehouses in Europe on few product groups to provide right level of customer service.

That means releasing purchase orders, maintaining logistics data in Dynamics AX and above all, continuous financial and operational analyze to optimize the supply chain.

You will become a part of cross-functional team working on exciting projects like automatizations, with a lot of opportunities to grow and inclusive leadership approach.

What are you going to do as a Supply Chain Planner?

  • Ensuring correct stock levels in our warehouses in Europe for selected product groups to provide the right level of customer service.
  • Releasing purchase orders and maintaining logistics data in the Dynamics AX system to track and manage logistics operations.
  • Conducting continuous financial and operational analysis to optimize the supply chain by identifying effective solutions.
  • Participating in automation projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative initiatives, with an inclusive leadership approach.

What do you bring as a Supply Chain Planner?

  • You have several years of supply chain experience gained in the international company, ideally from the automotive sector
  • You have a proven record with planning tools (ideally Slim4).
  • Advanced excel and fluency in English is a must.
  • You will be working in cross-functional network as well as with higher management, so you need to feel comfortable leading discussions and driving conclusions based on prepared analysis.
  • In order to succeed in this past-faced environment, you need to have problem-solving skills and approach that enables you to be an excellent executor constantly monitoring and following up on goals.

About the team

You will join an international supply chain team, responsible for the end-to-end supply chain of the whole company. The team consists more than 20 people in Poland, Spain and the Netherlands.
