As a Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates for crucial job positions, and implementing innovative strategies to attract diverse talents, actively contributing to enhancing our employer brand.
What are you going to do as Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist?

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.

Build and promote our employer brand through various channels, including social media, events, and partnerships.

Create compelling employer branding content.

Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and enhance overall effectiveness.
What do you bring as Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist?

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in recruitment and employer branding.

Good LinkedIn Recruiter knowledge.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in employer branding.

Familiarity with innovative recruitment tools. Experience in applicant tracking systems (ATS) would be a plus.

Fluent English. You will work in a global team.

Open to working 3 days in the office in Jankowo Gdańskie.
About the team
You will be part of the international team based in Poland, the Netherlands, and Spain. You will cooperate on projects from areas: global recruitment, employer branding, and the employee lifecycle.
