Read more about the background hereYou will be responsible for the product verification phase, periodic quality controls, handling the complaint process (warranties and commercial returns) and solve technical questions from customers and colleagues from NRF. You may also support the team in matter of health and safety.
You will be part of an international team located in Poland, Spain, and France, reporting to the Quality and Warranty Supervisor in Spain and the on-site Warehouse Manager. Internally, you will collaborate with local trainer, warehouse and customer service departments. Technical Department consists of 47 people globally.
