About the job

You will provide technical assistance to solve complex IT-related problems. This includes workstation and server hardware, network components, network infrastructure and various operating systems.

What are you going to do as a Junior Helpdesk Engineer?

  • Support ongoing projects related to the IT profession.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain running systems and environments.
  • Keep documentation of changes made to the setup.

What do you bring as a Junior Helpdesk Engineer?

  • Education in the IT field.
  • Knowledge of AZURE AD, Windows Server technologies (AD, IIS, DFS), VMware, Networks (WAN, LAN, SD-WAN), Microsoft/Office365 is an advantage.
  • Experience as an IT system administrator or system engineer would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of Linux server maintenance, MS SQL is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English.

You will join a multidisciplinary team of IT professionals based in Spain with co-workers located in Poland, Spain and the Netherlands, who work and collaborate with each other as a single team.
