The HR Specialist plays a crucial role in talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee onboarding. Responsibilities include collaborating with external payroll providers, ensuring accurate payroll data submission, reviewing payroll lists, addressing payroll-related inquiries, preparing remuneration certificates, managing payroll-related contributions and taxes, administering employee benefits, providing HR support, maintaining employee records, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies. The role is integral to ensuring seamless HR processes and resolving various HR-related issues.

• Cooperating with external payroll provider on payroll delivery and salary payments to employees and contractors.
• Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes and to conduct employee onboarding.
• Administering employee benefits.
• Ensuring employee records are properly maintained.
• Providing support to employees in various HR related topics (such as compensation, leavers etc.) and resolve any issues or problems.
• Ensuring timely and accurate payroll payments;.

• Experience within HR area min. 2 years.
• Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations in Poland;
• Fluent English (B2 min)
• Strong practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
