About the job

As an HR Specialist, you will become part of a dynamic, rapidly growing international organization. Here, you will have plenty of opportunities to learn and develop in the field of HR. In this role, you serve as a point of contact for various HR inquiries and ensure smooth handling of administrative and organizational processes, such as payroll.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS AN HR SPECIALIST?

  • Providing support to employees in various HR related topics (such as compensation, leavers etc.) and resolve any issues or problems.
  • Manage temporary staff and related processes.
  • Collect and validate payroll data and cooperate with external payroll provider.
  • Ensure that practices comply with labor law, agreements and procedures and manage legal matters such as dispute, disciplinary procedures and dismissals.
  • Review and update mandatory documents (f.e. DUERP, DUE, internal regulations).
  • Serving as a liaison with external organizations.
  • Analyze and report on relevant statistics.
  • Analyze training needs, development plans and manage logistics and administration.
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR projects.

WHAT DO YOU BRING AS AN HR SPECIALIST?

  • Completed HBO education and several years of relevant work experience.
  • Current knowledge legislation and labor law.
  • Excellent command of both the French and English (B2 min) language.
