As an HR Specialist, you will become part of a dynamic, rapidly growing international organization. Here, you will have plenty of opportunities to learn and develop in the field of HR. In this role, you serve as a point of contact for various HR inquiries and ensure smooth handling of administrative and organizational processes, such as payroll.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS AN HR SPECIALIST?

Providing support to employees in various HR related topics (such as compensation, leavers etc.) and resolve any issues or problems.

Manage temporary staff and related processes.

Collect and validate payroll data and cooperate with external payroll provider.

Ensure that practices comply with labor law, agreements and procedures and manage legal matters such as dispute, disciplinary procedures and dismissals.

Review and update mandatory documents (f.e. DUERP, DUE, internal regulations).

Serving as a liaison with external organizations.

Analyze and report on relevant statistics.

Analyze training needs, development plans and manage logistics and administration.

Contribute to cross-functional HR projects.
WHAT DO YOU BRING AS AN HR SPECIALIST?

Completed HBO education and several years of relevant work experience.
-
Current knowledge legislation and labor law.
-
Excellent command of both the French and English (B2 min) language.
