Ready to lead our international Supply Chain team's transport operations? We need a Freight Specialist who can streamline logistics and support our Customer Service department, ensuring smooth freight activities and enhancing our global network's efficiency. Your attention to detail and expertise will be key to success.

About the Job 

As a Freight Specialist supporting our Customer Service department, you’ll be an essential part of our international team, dedicated to ensuring seamless coordination of freight activities to support our customers’ needs. Your role will involve not only managing freight logistics but also providing crucial support to our CS operations. Your attention to detail and expertise in freight management will contribute significantly to the efficiency and success of our global freight network.

What are you going to do as a Freight Specialist?

  • Verification of external subcontractors/carriers (documents, insurance);
  • Seeking transport solutions (exchange portal, RFQ);
  • Contact with carriers;
  • Daily support for the customer service team;
  • Placing orders in the ERP system (Microsoft AX);

What do you bring as a Freight Specialist?

  • Good knowledge of Excel;
  • Very good command of English, allowing for fluent communication;
  • Commercial / Friendly / Customer experienced;
  • Experience in transportation:
  • Knowledge of an additional foreign language (nice to see)
