About the job

As a Customer Service Supervisor you will be focus on supervising and leading a specific team of customer service representatives. The emphasis is on managing day-to-day team operations, providing guidance to the rest of the team.

What are you going to do as a Customer Service Supervisor?

  • Analyze work processes to find ways to develop more efficient processes.
  • Manage customer service issues, such as product recalls or service interruptions, and develop effective communication and resolution strategies.
  • Daily briefings to assign the daily tasks to each part of team and supervise to ensure that they are completed as required.
  • Direct responsible for the performance, development, and well-being of the individuals within their assigned team.
  • Be a streamline filter for detailed demands and identify the actual requirements for CS Manager.

What do you bring as a Customer Service Supervisor?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree or Diploma, in a related field.
  • Knowledge of customer service.
  • Experience as a supervisor or a team leader.
  • Fluent English and Portuguese.
  • Leadership skills.

About the team

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be based  in Granada but you will be part of the international team working in Poland, Netherlands, Spain, Italy and France. You will have the opportunity to work with all international teams, unlocking global avenues for personal growth.
