WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER?

Monitoring orders to ensure smooth operations;

Coordinating customer backorders to meet monthly targets effectively;

Managing your accounts and ensuring customer engagement;

Address and coordinate customer complaints and warranty requests;

Collaborating closely with colleagues from diverse departments to deliver the best services;

Analyze data to identify trends and implement proactive follow-up measures;

Have projects and/or key user responsibilities based on your interests within the company.

WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER?

Professional proficiency in English and Dutch.

At least an MBO/Mittlere Reife (or similar) level of thinking.

Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel. Familiarity with Microsoft AX is an advantage.

A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, responsibility, and a team-player mentality.
