As a Sales Reporting Specialist, you will be at the forefront of data administration, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sales data across various systems. Your responsibilities will include consolidating data from multiple sources, such as Business Intelligence (BI) platform, and updating internal and external databases. WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A SALES DATA ADMINISTRATOR?

Gathering, validating, analyzing and visualizing large amounts of data using reporting tools, identifying trends and patterns and making suggestions on improvement

Supporting the Head of Business Development Department in various global projects and initiatives

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business objectives

Administering sales-related data by collecting, organizing, and updating information from diverse sources, including BI platform

Preparing ad-hoc analysis and market research to support reporting and corporate initiatives
WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A SALES DATA ADMINISTRATOR??

Degree in Computer Science or a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics).

Familiarity with SQL, VBA, Excel, and Power BI is advantageous.

Experience in similar position is a plus.

MS Office skills: Excel, Power Point, handling large data sets.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.

Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environment.
