About the job

Your role involves providing crucial support for Dynamics AX2012R3, addressing issues, defining process improvements, and crafting functional designs for change requests. Your expertise will shape our warehouse management module and contribute to the documentation of setup changes, ensuring seamless operations.

What are you going to do as a MS Dynamics Consultant?

  • Support on Dynamics AX2012R3 daily issues/problems/questions, coming from all international NRF units.
  • Define potential processes improvements areas based on the end users feedback and perform functional design for change requests.
  • Keep documentation of changes made to the setup.
  • Create work instructions for end users.

What do you bring as a MS Dynamics Consultant?

  • Practical advanced knowledge of the Warehouse management module in AX2012R3; additional proficiency in other modules is a valuable asset.
  • Business fluency in English (written and spoken); advanced skills in Polish/French/Spanish are a plus.
  • A team player with exceptional communication and moderation skills, focusing on the big picture.

About the Team

As a member of our dynamic team of 5 consultants, you’ll report to a team lead and collaborate within a global IT team of more than 20 individuals located in Poland, Netherlands, and Spain.
