About the job

As a Business Consultant Team Lead you will play a crucial role in driving excellence in Dynamics AX2012R3 support, leading a talented group of consultants, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT processes.

What are you going to do as a Business Consultant Team Lead:

  • Provide support for daily issues, problems, and questions related to Dynamics AX2012R3 from all international NRF units.
  • Manage a team of 5 consultants.
  • Collaborate with contractors.
  • Oversee the management of full IT processes.
  • Identify potential areas for process improvement based on end user feedback and perform functional design for change requests.
  • Maintain documentation of changes made to the setup.

What do you bring as a Business Consultant Team Lead:

  • Practical advanced knowledge of one module in AX2012R3; knowledge and maintenance of other modules will be an asset.
  • 2+ years of experience as a team leader.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Open to working 3 days from the office.

About the team

As a Business Consultant Team Lead, you will manage a team of 5 consultants, who are integral members of a larger group consisting of over 20 professionals based in Poland, Spain, and the Netherlands. This collaborative team closely cooperates, fostering an environment where members exchange valuable professional experiences.
