Are you an experienced process mapping professional looking for an exciting temporary opportunity to make a significant impact? We are embarking on a crucial project to standardize key business processes and need your expertise to ensure its success. Join us in driving efficiency and consistency across our organization.

About the Project

Our project focuses on standardizing four main processes across our business units: Record to Report, Purchase to Pay, Contract to Cash, Plan to Perform. Each process will have a dedicated team holding weekly meetings to identify and standardize sub-processes.

What are you going to do as an Interim Process Mapping Administrator?

  • Map out the current way of working for each sub-process in all 5 Strategic Business Units (SBUs).
  • Map out the current way of storing information for each sub-process in all SBUs (one-time task per main process).
  • Map out the current communication methods for each sub-process in all SBUs (one-time task per main process).
  • Document the standardized sub-processes as decided by the internal team.
  • Update and finalize the draft versions of standardized processes after team review.
  • Attend weekly 1.5-hour meetings to discuss progress and next steps.

What do you bring as an Interim Process Mapping Administrator?

  • 3-4 years of experience in process mapping.
  • Strong communication skills, with a willingness to proactively contact colleagues for information.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to ensure detailed and accurate communication.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Openness to work 24-32 per week as an interim Role.
  • Experience in finance would be an advantage.

About the team

You will work closely with our project leader, who will provide guidance and support throughout the process. Yu will work on global project contacting people from other European NRF’s locations.
