About the job

NRF is looking for a Quality Engineer to lead the quality initiatives at our Mill site. You will take part in the standardization process, improvement of procedures and the implementation of a robust Quality Management System. Your responsibilities include maintaining compliance with international QSE standards, customer requirements and external regulations. You make sure that employees are aware of those requirements and follow them.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A QUALITY ENGINEER?

Maintain Equipment Calibration list.
Carry out QSE Internal Audits.
Update and improving QSE KPI.
Administrate Customer Complaint process and take part in root cause investigation.
Implementing NC corrective and preventative actions.
Preparing PPAP documentation (control plan, flow chart, FMEA, Inspection reports).

WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A QUALITY ENGINEER?

Bachelor degree.
Fluent in Dutch and in English.
Experience as a Quality Coordinator, Quality Controller, Quality Administrator or similar.
Experience in products returns.
Practical understanding of PPAP documentation.
Experience in working in manufacturing industry.
Experience in product inspection will be advantage.
Internal Auditor experience will be advantage.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 15085 and ISO 14001 will be advantage.
