The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety. This role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating logistics, and fostering a collaborative team environment to meet organizational goals effectively.
What are you going to do as a Warehouse Manager?

Develop procedures to ensure optimal inventory management, covering receipt, inspection, identification, storage, management, registration, and distribution.

Ensure an efficient layout of the warehouses and effective use of equipment.

Draft investment proposals for warehouse setup and transportation tools.

Oversee internal transport and shipment of goods.

Place orders with the Purchasing Department through the ERP system.

Manage the receipt of materials, parts, supplies, client-supplied equipment, and tools.

Store goods in the warehouse according to storage guidelines.

Supervise the maintenance of minimum and maximum stock levels through weekly inventory checks.

Ensure checks on quantity, transport damage, quality, and identification (such as numbering, labeling, tagging).

Exchange information on orders and identified discrepancies with the Purchasing Department.

Order stock replenishment in case of potential shortages.
What do you bring as a Warehouse Manager?

Experience in Warehouse Manager or similar office position – 2 years

Fluent Romanian and English is a must

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 environment will be a plus (not necessary)
