About the Job

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Foreman to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations. In this role, you will verify the accuracy of warehouse processes, coordinate transport and unloading, and oversee order picking and packing for customers. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining stock levels, checking documentation, and supporting inventory control. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of daily warehouse activities and contribute to continuous improvement within a dynamic logistics environment.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A WAREHOUSE FOREMAN?

  • Verifying the accuracy of warehouse operations in accordance with established procedures
  • Transporting and unloading goods
  • Picking and packing customer orders.
  • Replenishing stock in picking locations.
  • Checking the accuracy of attached documentation.
  • Conducting inventory counts and entering adjustments into the system.
  • Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor in line with the Team Leader’s responsibilities.

WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A WAREHOUSE FOREMAN?

  • Basic computer skills;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Experience with WMS systems such as AX Dynamics 2012, D365 – advantage;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry;
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
