About the job

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Forklift Operator to join our Warehouse Team in Romania. In this role, you’ll handle warehouse operations, from unloading and storage to documentation and process improvement. You’ll work closely with a supportive team to ensure smooth material flow and efficient logistics. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking stability, teamwork, and professional growth in a dynamic production environment.

• You supervise the accuracy of warehouse documentation and oversee transport and material storage processes.
• You unload raw materials, purchased parts, and incoming goods using a forklift / reach truck / manually.
• You promote great ideas to improve warehouse processes “behind the scenes.”
• Reserve goods in the system.
• Support and substitute team members when needed.
• Contribute positively to the company’s overall image.

• You are looking for a long-term cooperation.
• You understand warehouse-related work and have at least some experience in this area.
• You perform well in a warehouse environment and are ready to work in a two-shift system.
• You are eager to grow within the organization and have a valid forklift license.
