ABOUT THE JOB

As a Validation Engineer, you will support the development, validation, and industrialization of new products and sensor‑related technologies to ensure the performance, reliability, and quality of new products. You will contribute to ensure validation activities meet technical, functional, and quality‑related expectations. You will collaborate with R&D, TechSupport, and others departments teams to ensure that validation procedures, test results, and technical documentation fully support business growth and product development.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A VALIDATION ENGINEER?

  • Execute product validation tests for electronic, mechanical, and sensor‑based components
  • Develop test procedures, validation plans, and technical documentation
  • Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Support troubleshooting activities related to new products, electronics, sensors, and mechanical assemblies
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, quality procedures, and safety requirements

WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A VALIDATION ENGINEER?

  • Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • Knowledge of electronics, sensors, and mechanical systems
  • Strong mechanical proficiency and hands‑on technical ability
  • Experience with validation, testing, troubleshooting, or prototyping activities
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation, schematics, and test reports
  • Proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering and production teams
  • Experience in industrial environments is a plus
  • Good communication skills, written and spoken
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
