We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Treasurer to oversee cash flow management, banking relationships, working capital, and credit risk across our international operations. This is a key strategic role that requires strong financial expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the business.

About the job

As Treasurer, you will be responsible for managing the company’s cash flow, banking relationships, and financing structure while ensuring liquidity and financial stability. You will play a key role in optimizing working capital, overseeing credit risk, and supporting strategic financial decisions across our international operations.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A SENIOR TREASURER?

Monitor and analyze daily cash flows to ensure sufficient liquidity.
Prepare and maintain long-term cash flow forecasts.
Maintain oversight of banking contracts and relationships.
Advise on financing opportunities and help optimize the financing structure.
Collaborate with relevant teams to monitor and improve working capital KPIs (DSO, DPO, DIO, CCC).
Ensure adequate credit coverage and maintain up-to-date client credit limits.

WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A SENIOR TREASURER?

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Treasurer or in a similar role within an international company.
Proven experience in banking relationships and financial instruments.
Strong understanding of cash flow dynamics and forecasting
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Fluent in English and Polish.
