About the job

Our Romanian operations are expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a motivated Transport Specialist to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing transport processes, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth cooperation with our partners, customs agencies, and internal departments.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A TRANSPORT SPECIALIST?

Manage and improve transport processes, including the pick-up of containers from the port, preparation of delivery plans, and optimization of inbound, outbound, and storage processes.
Monitor demurrage and detention costs.
Organize export deliveries – book domestic transports, control shipments, and ensure timely execution.
Collaborate with customs agencies to coordinate customs clearance, prepare required documentation, and answer inquiries from customs offices.
Work closely with the Tech Department to support digital solutions in transport operations.
Control incoming costs - manage cost control and invoice flows from carriers

WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A TRANSPORT SPECIALIST

Education in Transport (experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Strong skills in Excel
Knowledge of transport processes
Good command of English
Knowledge of the Romanian market
