ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is part of our Supply Chain and Logistics Department and focuses on coordinating domestic and international transport flows to ensure timely, efficient and cost‑effective deliveries. You will act as a key link between carriers, freight forwarders, customs agents, warehouses and internal teams, maintaining full visibility of shipments from order creation to final delivery. Your work will strengthen transport reliability, support operational excellence and contribute to continuous improvement within the logistics network.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Coordinate domestic and international shipments including FTL, LTL, express transport, groupage, FCL and LCL.

Plan and monitor transport orders end‑to‑end, ensuring on‑time and cost‑effective execution.

Communicate daily with carriers, freight forwarders, customs agencies, warehouses and internal stakeholders.

Handle operational issues, delays and exceptions, providing solutions to maintain service continuity.

Monitor carrier performance and ensure compliance with service quality standards and KPIs.

Track demurrage and detention costs and take preventive actions to avoid extra charges.

Control incoming transport‑related costs and manage the invoice flow from forwarders.

Maintain and update transport data in internal systems and prepare reports and analysis.

Support logistics, planning, purchasing and warehouse teams in all transport‑related matters.

Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives and cost‑optimization projects across the supply chain.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.

Experience coordinating national and international transport operations.

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities and cost awareness.

High level of organization, accuracy and ownership of workload.

Confidence using transport systems, ERP platforms, tracking tools and Excel.

Proactive and adaptable personality, comfortable working in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.

Good command of English; additional languages are a plus depending on logistics routes.

Willingness to collaborate cross‑functionally and contribute to improvement projects.

Availability to travel occasionally if required.
