Technical Trainer – Romania

NRF is seeking an Automotive Technical Trainer to lead the technical training delivery across Romania. This role will play a key part in enhancing the company’s market presence by educating clients and partners on NRF products and automotive technologies.

• Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions in line with established performance standards.
• Strengthen NRF’s market position by promoting product knowledge through technical and product training, tailored to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate directly with automotive workshops and car parts distributors.
• Perform hands-on car repairs in NRF workshops to gain practical experience, test products, and create technical content.
• Extend learning beyond the classroom with pre- and post-engagement activities and email communications.
• Develop and manage training schedules to align with customer needs, working closely with regional teams to prioritize initiatives.
• Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and offering insights on NRF products.
• Investigate and solve warranty issues as needed.
• Conduct continuous market and competitive analysis to enhance NRF’s offerings.
• Prepare and submit training schedules, rosters, and reports while adhering to administrative protocols.
• Stay updated on new automotive technologies, demonstrating adaptability in an evolving industry.
• Collaborate on writing and publishing technical articles, and support exhibitions in Romania and other regions, as required.
• Engage with distributors to enhance technical activities and promote the brand through digital channels, including the NRF website.
• Conduct market surveys upon request to support company initiatives.
• Craft compelling customer value propositions, ensuring that every interaction is professional, customized, and welcoming.
• Assist with translating technical documentation into Romanian.

• Proven experience in the Romanian automotive market.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive aftermarket products and market strategies.
• Strong understanding of automotive components, repair processes, and emerging automotive technologies, including electric vehicles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop and manage schedules proactively.
• A technical degree (preferably in engineering or a related field) is highly desirable.
