About the job

You will be part of an international team based in France and will report directly to the Warehouse Manager. Within the company, you will work closely with customer service, the supply chain department, and warehouses in other countries. You will be responsible for leading a team of 10 to 15 employees, depending on low or high season, while overseeing their daily activities. Your scope will include several logistics operations such as inbound, outbound, the express shipment corner, and the expedition department. You will also be involved in projects aimed at improving the planning and coordination of various activities.

What are you going to do as a Team Leader?

  • Ensures regularity and achievement of objectives regarding the productivity of logistics agents
  • Organizes regular meetings with the logistics agents team
  • Participates in annual team interviews with the WH Manager
  • Completes & analyzes KPIs
  • Completes & analyzes KPIs
  • Participates in NRF group projects
  • Is in regular contact with carriers & suppliers

What do you bring?

  • 2 years’ experience in Logistics
  • Bachelor Supply Chain/Logistics
  • Proficient English
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience and understanding of similar work and administrative procedures (WMS)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 environment would be a plus.

You will be based in Sars-et-Rosières, France and will work closely with colleagues from different departments.
