Team Leader Production Marine

NRF has also 3 factories within Europe as well as production units in India. The NRF Marine production is well known as the inventor of the globally recognized box cooler. To continue as a leading manufacturer and supplier we are hiring a Team Leader for our Marine production department in Mill, the Netherlands.

Your mission

As Team Leader Production Marine, you will ensure continuous optimization of production, by leading and coaching the production team.

Job description

In this position, you will lead and coordinate our Marine Department in Mill. The department consists of 1 assistant team leader and 14 production employees. To accomplish your mission, you will have a variety of responsibilities including:

• Prepare investment plans, the budget, procedures and working methods
• Create and monitor the KPI’s of the Marine Department
• Add sustainability insights and ensure they are acted on
• Ensure that all people practice the TPM mentality
• Make sure the quality escalation procedure is followed and handle non-conformities with the Plant Manager and QA engineer
• Proactively carry out the staff policy to encourage the development of your team
• Coaching and motivating of the employees, driving them towards self-responsibility

• At least 5 years of experience as a team leader (preferably in a production area)
• Professional knowledge of English and Dutch in word and writing
• You are experienced in project management
• You know how to work with the office package and you have the understanding of CRM systems, preferred experience with AX
• You can make sustainable changes within the department
• You have a high level of enthusiasm, energy and desire to be successful
• You have strong social, analytical, managing and leadership skills
