For our office in Mill, we are looking for an IT System Engineer. Initially, you will ensure correct handling of incidents, malfunctions, questions and requests from colleagues. You are responsible for resolving reports and monitoring progress. It is therefore important that you are able to analyse problems quickly by asking the right questions and identifying possible causes in order to find a solution. The majority of incoming reports are functional questions related to problems with the ERP system

What you'll do?

  • Support on ongoing projects related with IT profession
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Maintain running system and environments
  • Keep documentation of changes made to the setup
  • Work according to a high quality level

What you'll bring

  • Three years of solid experience as IT system administrator or system engineer
  • Proved knowledge in AZURE AD, Windows Server technologies (AD,IIS, DFS), VMware, Networks (WAN, LAN, SD-WAN), Microsoft/Office365
  • Proved knowledge in Linux servers maintenance is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Security topics related with system and hardware environments
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of MS SQL servers would be an advantage

In general you need to have the ability to work in a fast-paced team oriented environment where change is constant. In order to succeed you need to be a team player with a focus on the big picture and overall success of the customers, the team, and NRF. You have a strong drive towards simple and effective solutions. You can work with a minimum supervision, under time pressure, with passion and a commitment to quality.
