For our office in Mill, we are looking for an IT System Engineer. Initially, you will ensure correct handling of incidents, malfunctions, questions and requests from colleagues. You are responsible for resolving reports and monitoring progress. It is therefore important that you are able to analyse problems quickly by asking the right questions and identifying possible causes in order to find a solution. The majority of incoming reports are functional questions related to problems with the ERP system
Next to the requirements above, you also need to recognize yourself in the soft skills we are looking for. In general you need to have the ability to work in a fast-paced team oriented environment where change is constant. In order to succeed you need to be a team player with a focus on the big picture and overall success of the customers, the team, and NRF. You have a strong drive towards simple and effective solutions. You can work with a minimum supervision, under time pressure, with passion and a commitment to quality.
