We are currently seeking a skilled, detail-focused, and data-passionate Supply Chain Administrator to join our team in a multinational company located in Jankowo Gdańskie. As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will manage and optimize our company's supply chain data systems.

NRF is a leading manufacturer and supplier of heat exchange products for automotive, marine, and industrial applications, distributing cooling and air-conditioning parts globally with a focus on the European automotive aftermarket. The automotive aftermarket is a dynamic trading environment in which employment and people aspects are of great importance for our business success. For this reason, NRF is hiring a Supply Chain Administrator.

What are you going to do?

  • design, maintain and optimize our supply chain data input to systems to ensure efficient and effective operations (supplier and forwarder/carrier related)
  • manage the day-to-day activities of the supply chain data systems, including database updates and maintenance
  • identify and troubleshoot any issues with the supply chain data systems and work to implement solutions promptly
  • design analytical tools and reports around the Supply Chain environment supporting the decision-making process
  • work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date, and to ensure that our supply chain processes are running smoothly
  • maintain good relationships with suppliers, forwarders, carriers, and the company’s business partners with a “can do” attitude and problem-solving approach
  • track and handle shipments (sea/air/rail) to destination ports
  • maintain knowledge of international shipments to ensure government, customer, and company requirements are met
  • check, and approve freight documents

What do you bring?

  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Good Excel skills
  • Experience with database management systems and ERP systems will be an asset
  • Practical use of English both written and verbal (min. B2)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to communicate information to appropriate stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving attitude, with a focus on attention to detail
  • INCOTERMS 2020 and logistics environment knowledge will be an asset
