Social Media Specialist

About the job

As our new Social Media Specialist, your mission is to support and grow NRF’s online impact across global and local channels. NRF is already one of the most active and influential brands in our sector on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube — and we want to expand this success even further. You will be responsible for content execution on our general channels and for supporting local specialists across different countries. Your focus: building engaged communities, expanding brand visibility, and driving interaction and demand. You will collaborate closely with our graphic designers, video creators, and internal departments to ensure all great content becomes visible — everywhere.

• Support the development and implementation of NRF’s social media strategy
• Manage posting and content scheduling on global channels
• Guide and coordinate with local marketing specialists to maintain consistency
• Help grow follower bases and strengthen online communities
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social performance using analytics tools
• Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community interaction
• Stay up‑to‑date with social trends, best practices, and platform updates
• Recommend improvements based on insights and performance results
• Contribute to partnership activities to maximize visibility
• Assist in running and optimizing paid social media campaigns

• You are a creative, results-driven person with a proactive mindset.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar social media role
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite)
• Very good Excel skills.
• Knowledge of paid advertising tools (Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
• Ability to analyze data and adjust strategy accordingly

You will be part of NRF’s international Marketing Department, made up of 21 specialists across different European locations.
