About the job

The Shift Supervisor oversees production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards. This includes monitoring machine operation, optimizing production processes, and maintaining high product quality. The role also involves leading a team—training, motivating, and evaluating employees—while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement.

What are you going to do as a Shift Supervisor?

  • Defining goals and continuously improving production processes.
  • Increasing operational efficiency and enhancing product quality.
  • Operating production machines in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • Conducting quality control of manufactured parts.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene regulations.
  • Implementing and adhering to employee policy processes (managing a team, including training, motivation, and evaluation).

What do you bring as a Shift Supervisor?

  • Secondary or higher technical education.
  • Experience in a managerial position in the manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to manage a team of employees.
  • Knowledge of production processes and technology.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
