ABOUT THE JOB
As a Senior People Business Partner, you will coordinate and support People operations while working closely with an international team. This role combines hands-on operational leadership with expert HR guidance, ensuring smooth delivery of core people processes across multiple locations. You will act as a trusted partner for managers and employees, contribute to global HR initiatives, and support a collaborative, diverse, and international working environment.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A SENIOR PEOPLE BUSINESS PARTNER?

Coordinate and supervise day-to-day People operations, ensuring smooth delivery of recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle processes

Coordinate and support the People team in operational activities, acting as a hands-on expert and escalation point for complex case

Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring and high-quality candidate experience

Coordinate payroll and benefits administration in cooperation with external providers, ensuring data accuracy, deadlines, and compliance

Review and validate payroll inputs and resolve complex payroll-related issues for employees and contractors

Manage and continuously improve HR operational processes, documentation, and internal policies

Ensure consistent application of HR policies and employment practices across the organization

Handle and support sensitive employee relations matters, compensation topics, exits, and organizational changes

Support managers with practical HR guidance in daily people-related topics

Participate in and lead operational workstreams within global HR projects and process improvements

Monitor HR metrics and operational KPIs, identifying risks and areas for optimization
WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A SENIOR PEOPLE BUSINESS PARTNER?

Proven experience in a senior People Business Partner or similar role

Experience in coordinating, leading, or mentoring a People team

Strong knowledge of Polish labour law and HR best practices

Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written)

Hands-on experience with operational HR processes (both soft and hard)

Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment

Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, business-oriented approach

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

High level of ownership, accuracy, and attention to detail

Practical knowledge of MS Office;
