Do you have a proven track record in international sales in the Industrial and Rail Aftermarket? Do you want to be part of NRF's Thermal Engineering division, lead a sales team of 3 people while generating sales in the Eastern European market yourself? Then read on!

NRF Thermal Engineering is a division of NRF that engineers, manufactures and distributes a wide range of coolers from factories located in Gdansk PL, Granada ES and Mill NL, serving rail, industrial, marine and automotive segments. To further expand the industrial and rail aftermarket business, NRF is looking for an Sales Manager Industrial and Rail Aftermarket.

What are you going to do?

In this role you will lead a team of 3 salespeople, coaching them and increasing their effectiveness. Together you and your team are responsible for sales in Aftermarket Industrial and Railway. Your individual sales is focused on the Industrial and Rail Aftermarket business in Eastern Europe. You will expand the customer base in the railway, cultivate new business opportunities and facilitate growth within the base of existing accounts. In this role you will reporting to the Industrial Director based in Granada.

What do you need to bring?

  • You have a proven track record in successful international sales in the Industrial and Rail Aftermarket
  • You have the experience or the potential to be sales leader and people manager, capable of increasing effectivity of sales team of 3
  • You can communicate with customers and colleagues in English and Polish, any other language is nice to have.
  • Experience in Industrial Cooling business is preferred, network in rail aftermarket nice to have
  • You prefer short-term projects over long-term projects
  • You are open to travel 50% of time to European countries. The other 50% you can work from home or from our office in Gdansk.

To be successful in this role you need to be fact-based & result-oriented. Furthermore we are looking for a proactive team player, hands-on and enterprising.
