Over de functie

Het productieteam in Mill waarin je komt te werken is divers en bestaat uit meer dan 40 productie medewerkers en 4 leidinggevenden. Binnen de afdeling zijn we nu op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die van aanpakken weet. Het gaat om een veelzijdige functie waarin je verantwoordelijk bent voor verschillende werkzaamheden. Hieronder vallen onder andere:

• Het instellen, omstellen en bedienen van alle voorkomende machines in de productie
• Het produceren, samenstellen en monteren van warmtewisselaars
• Uitvoeren van kleine onderhoudstaken (TPM)
• Uitvoeren van werkzaamheden op het gebied van orde en netheid (5s)
• Bewaken van de naleving van veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieuaspecten

• Je bent technisch aangelegd. Specifieke voorkennis is niet nodig, alles is te leren! Daarvoor moet je wel affiniteit hebben met techniek.
• Je kunt goed overweg met digitale systemen en je hebt kennis van het MS Office pakket
• Je hebt voldoende kennis van de Engelse taal om je internationale collega's te begrijpen en jezelf verstaanbaar te maken in het Engels
• Je schakelt gemakkelijk over van de ene taak naar een andere taak
• Je hebt de wil om te leren en vooruitgang te boeken
• Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en bent een echte teamplayer
• Je bent zelfstandig en kunt nauwkeurig en systematisch handelen

About the position

The production team in Mill in which you will be working is diverse and consists of more than 40 production employees and 4 managers. Within the production department we are now looking for an enthusiastic new colleague who knows how to get things done. You will be responsible for various tasks. These include:

• Setting, adjusting and operating all machines in production
• The production, assembly and mounting of heat exchangers
• Performing minor maintenance tasks (TPM)
• Performing work on order and cleanliness (5s)
• Monitor compliance with safety, quality and environmental aspects.

• You are technically minded. Specific previous knowledge is not necessary, everything can be learned! However, you do need to have an affinity with technology.
• You can work well with digital systems and have knowledge of the MS Office package
• You have sufficient knowledge of the English language to understand your international colleagues and make yourself understood in English
• You can switch well from one task to another
• You have a desire to learn and make progress
• You have good communication skills and are a real team player
• You are independent and can work accurately and systematically
