About the job

The production team in Będzieszyn in which you will be working is diverse and consists of more than 30 production employees. Within the production department we are now looking for an enthusiastic new colleague who knows how to get things done.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE?

  • Setting, adjusting and operating all common machines in production;
  • The production, assembly and mounting of heat exchangers;
  • Performing minor maintenance tasks (TPM);
  • Performing work on order and cleanliness (5s);
  • Monitor compliance with safety, quality and environmental aspects.

WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE

  • You have good technical skills and have the insight to read drawings;
  • You have knowledge of measuring instruments;
  • You are flexible and can switch well from one task to another;
  • You have a desire to learn and progress;
  • You have knowledge of the Microsoft office package;
  • You are independent and can act accurately and systematically;
  • You have good communication skills and are a real team player.
