As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will play a key role in driving strategic Lean initiatives and process standardization across the NRF Group. About the Job
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Process Optimization Specialist to lead strategic Lean initiatives and drive process standardization across the NRF Group. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A PROCESS OPTIMIATION SPECIALIST?

Lead, manage, and execute Lean projects across the organization

Coordinate and implement the process standardization strategy for the NRF Group

Build and maintain a process management structure, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Support ERP system transformation with Lean principles and organizational design input

Design and deliver internal knowledge academy programs and training sessions (e.g. Kaizen, problem solving, design thinking, change management)

Facilitate workshops and hands-on trainings to develop Lean mindset among employees

Collaborate with the BI Team to leverage data for smarter project decisions and better performance tracking

Support operational teams and contribute to solution design during project implementation phases

Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive improvements
WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A PROCESS OPTIMIATION SPECIALIST?

Certified in Lean Management or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies

Minimum 3 years of experience in process optimization, data analysis, or continuous improvement roles

Proven track record of successful Lean project execution

Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Readiness to travel and manage projects across multiple NRF locations
