About the job

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Picker to join our logistics team in Romania. In this role, you’ll be responsible for selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every order. You’ll work closely with a dynamic team to maintain smooth warehouse operations and contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who values precision, teamwork, and growth in a modern logistics setting.

• Accurately pick items from shelves based on order specifications using handheld barcode scanners or pick lists.
• Pack and label products securely for shipment, ensuring compliance with packaging standards
• Scan items during picking and packing to ensure correct inventory tracking and order accuracy.
• Assist in inventory control by reporting discrepancies and helping with stock counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Collaborate with warehouse colleagues and supervisors to meet daily fulfillment targets
• Follow health and safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
