ABOUT THE JOB 

As a People Specialist, you will become part of a dynamic, rapidly growing international organization. Here, you will have plenty of opportunities to learn and develop in the field of HR. In this role, you serve as a point of contact for various HR inquiries and ensure smooth handling of administrative and organizational processes, such as payroll. 

• Talent, recruitment and on-boarding processes management
• Cooperating with external payroll provider on payroll delivery and salary payments to employees and contractors;
• Collecting and delivering all necessary payroll data to external payroll provider
• Solving all employee's and contractors' payroll related inquiries
• Develop and implement HR policies
• Participation in global HR projects
• Be responsible for administering benefits
• Providing support to employees in various HR related topics (such as compensation, leavers etc.) and resolve any issues or problems

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations in Poland
• Fluent English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Practical knowledge of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Team player
