ABOUT THE JOB

The People Specialist is key to talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding. Responsibilities include payroll collaboration, benefits administration, People support, employee records management, and policy implementation. This role ensures smooth People processes and resolves related issues.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A PEOPLE SPECIALIST?

  • Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, and to conduct employee onboarding
  • Cooperating with external payroll providers on payroll delivery and salary payments to employees and contractors
  • Coordination and cooperation of all stakeholders in the People processes
  • Administering employee benefits and being responsible for administering benefit
  • Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics (such as compensation, leavers, etc.) and resolving any issues or problems
  • Ensuring employee records are properly maintained
  • Develop and implement HR policies

WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A PEOPLE SPECIALIST?

  • Experience within the HR area, min. 2 year
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations in Spain
  • Fluent English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Financial knowledge
  • Team player
