About the job

The People Specialist is key to talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding. Responsibilities include payroll collaboration, benefits administration, HR support, employee records management, and policy implementation. This role ensures smooth HR processes and resolves related issues.

• Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, and to conduct employee onboarding;
• Cooperating with external payroll providers on payroll delivery and salary payments to employees and contractors;
• Ensuring timely and accurate payroll payments;
• Administering employee benefits and being responsible for administering benefits;
• Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics (such as compensation, leavers, etc.) and resolving any issues or problems;
• Ensuring employee records are properly maintained;
• Develop and implement HR policies.

• Experience within the HR area, min. 2 years;
• Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations in Romania;
• Fluent English;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
• Team player.
