About the job
In this role, you will be responsible for all marketing and communication (MarCom) activities across multiple markets, with a strong focus on increasing our visibility and engagement in Turkey. You will work closely with our Brand Promotor Turkey, who is based locally, and collaborate with sales teams, key customer accounts, and internal marketing colleagues to ensure a unified approach to MarCom strategies.
What are you going to do as a marketing specialist?

Lead and manage all MarCom initiatives for assigned regions, with a focus on Turkey.

Provide strategic marketing support to sales teams.

Collaborate with marketing managers of key accounts to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

Partner with sales teams to implement market-specific promotional strategies.

Manage monthly newsletters using Mailchimp.

Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional merchandise.

Design marketing materials (flyers, brochures, etc.) using Adobe InDesign.

Develop and write content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).

Negotiate and manage contracts with national media outlets.

Participate in business trips (2-5 days per month) and attend industry events and exhibitions.
What do you bring as a marketing specialist?

Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or communications.

Strong proficiency in social media management.

Excellent command of English and Turkish (both written and spoken).

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
