About the job

Take on a new challenge and apply your commercial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates. You’ll define and implement Business Development strategy in line with Region’s business plan and Market & Strategy function. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering), promote NRF products & services to win business, particularly with potential customers and new products & services and much more. You will be specifically responsible for co-defining and implementing the Business Development strategy for your Region to gain new customers or markets, and maintain market 

What are you going to do as a Key Account Manager Industrial and Rail AM Eastren Europe?

  • Define and execute a Business Development strategy aligned with the Region's business plan and the Market & Strategy function.
  • Work closely with various teams across the business, including engineering, to ensure effective coordination and implementation of strategies.
  • Actively promote NRF products and services to secure new business opportunities, focusing on potential customers and the introduction of new products and services.
  • Take specific responsibility for co-defining and implementing the Business Development strategy in the Region, aiming to acquire new customers and enter new markets.
  • Ensure ongoing market presence by staying abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, adjusting strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness.

What do you bring as a Key Account Manager Industrial and Rail AM Eastren Europe?

  • Proven Rail Aftermarket Experience - demonstrated achievements in Eastern European Rail Aftermarket.
  • Extensive Network in Railway Spare Parts.
  • Strategic Business Acumen - understands and addresses mid-to-long-term business needs.
  • Bilingual Proficiency - fluent in English and Polish for effective communication.
  • Willingness to Travel (60-70% of worktime) - holds a valid Category B driver's license.
  • Data-Driven Sales Approach - Informs sales growth strategies based on trends and opportunities.
