About the job

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with procurement, vendor evaluation, and change management. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a strong foundation in procurement practices and gain valuable experience in the field.

What are you going to do as a Junior Procurement Specialist?

  • Process and manage purchase orders in ERP systems in line with internal procedures and demand plans
  • Monitor order confirmations, delivery schedules and ensure timely execution of orders
  • Coordinate with suppliers on order status, delivery documentation, and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate procurement data and documentation within ERP systems
  • Perform invoice verification against purchase orders and delivery records
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Production, Logistics, Warehouse) to ensure material availability and operational continuity
  • Prepare reports and track procurement KPIs (e.g., delivery performance, order status) while ensuring compliance with internal policies

What do you bring as a Junior Procurement Specialist?

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a procurement/purchasing department
  • Good command of English (min. B2 level), both written and spoken
  • Experience working with ERP systems (D365, SAP or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detait
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic industrial environment
  • Good communication skills and ability to cooperate with internal stakeholders
