About the job

In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing orders received from customers, ensuring they are complete and accurate. You will also assess order deliverability and maintain positive customer interactions while ensuring effective sales administration. This position will be based in our French office and will be an integral part of our international team. 

What are you going to do as a Junior Customer Service Representative?

  • Process and support orders through various channels such as telephone, email, webshop and EDI.
  • Perform calculations to determine order details.
  • Manage disputes, returns, and guarantees.
  • Proactively initiate follow-up actions with customers.
  • Contribute to Customer Service projects.
  • Manage quotation follow-ups.
  • Analyze data to drive improvements.

What do you bring as a Junior Customer Service Officer?

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Knowledge of data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft AX and our IT support ticketing system is a plus.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and actions.
