WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A JUNIOR AP ACCOUNTANT?

Processing supplier invoices for Poland and other countries.
Checking invoices against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Verifying invoice details such as VAT, prices, quantities, and payment terms.
Entering and posting invoices in the ERP system according to company procedures.
Supporting payment preparation and answering supplier queries.
Cooperating with Procurement, Warehouse, and other teams to solve invoice discrepancies.
Supporting improvements in AP processes and invoice workflow.
Gradually supporting selected accounting activities, such as reconciliations and month-end tasks.

WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A JUNIOR AP ACCOUNTANT?

2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or accounting.
Experience with PO / non‑PO invoices and matching with goods receipts.
Basic knowledge of VAT and Polish accounting requirements related to AP.
Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 is an advantage
Knowledge of Webcon or travel management tools is nice to have.
Willingness to bring best practices, challenge existing solutions constructively, and support change.
Experience with ERP systems (D365 or Microsoft Dynamics AX).
Good Excel skills.
English at minimum B2 level.
