ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Administrator to support IT project planning, coordination, reporting, and documentation activities. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in project administration or PMO support within Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS AN IT PROJECT ADMIN?

  • In general – Support projects in NRF
  • Support IT project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing projects.
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, meeting notes, and status reports.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
  • Update project management tools
  • Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Help manage project documentation repositories and version control.
  • Track action items and follow up with responsible team members.
  • Provide general administrative support to the IT PMO (Project Management Office).

WHAT DO YOU BRING AS AN IT PROJECT ADMIN?

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Planner, Ms Project, DevOps
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Understanding of IT systems, applications, and project delivery processes.
  • Ability to prepare project reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and status updates.
  • Basic understanding of risk management, budgeting, and change management processes.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT project administration, project coordination, PMO support, or a similar role.
  • Experience supporting IT projects in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments.
  • Familiarity with project documentation, scheduling, reporting, budgeting, and resource tracking.
