Due to replacement during maternity leave, we are looking for an Interim Group HR manager to join us for 32-40 hours per week during the period September 2023 – March 2024.

As the Interim Group HR Manager, you will play a vital role in driving our HR strategies and ensuring alignment with our company values. You will oversee a team of 7 HR professionals located in Poland, Netherlands, and Spain, providing guidance and support to optimize their performance. This is an exciting temporary opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our global organization.

An overview of your responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 7 HR professionals, based in Poland, Netherlands and Spain.
  • Collaborate closely with our executive team to develop and execute HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Attract and retain top talent through effective recruitment, selection, and employer branding initiatives, making us an attractive employer of choice.
  • Drive the implementation of a global HR system, streamlining HR processes and improving efficiency and data management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations, promoting a fair and supportive work environment for all employees.
  • Handle and resolve employee relations matters, promoting open communication, conflict resolution, and fostering diversity and inclusion.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement and success in all HR initiatives.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, in an international and multi-cultural environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data for informed decision-making.
  • English proficiency is necessary to effectively communicate with all colleagues on a professional level. It is useful if you also speak Dutch, as you will be based in the Netherlands.
