As a Helpdesk Engineer in Turkey, you will be the first point of contact for IT support within our organization. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive IT experience for our users by resolving incidents, handling service requests, and supporting day‑to‑day IT operations.

In this role, you will work closely with local and international colleagues, escalate complex issues when needed, and contribute to the stability and quality of our global IT environment.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A HELPDESK ENGINEER?

  • Provide 1st line (and basic 2nd line) IT support to end users via ticketing system, phone, and email
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Support users with Windows, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and workplace applications
  • Prepare, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
  • Manage user accounts and access rights (Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365)
  • Escalate complex incidents to 2nd/3rd line teams and vendors when required

WHAT YOU WILL BRING AS A HELPDESK ENGINEER

  • 1–3 years of experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk role
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic Active Directory concepts
  • Basic understanding of networking (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, TCP/IP)
  • Hands‑on experience with hardware troubleshooting and device setup
  • Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems independently and prioritize tasks effectively
