As the Head of QHSE, you will play a strategic leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment across all NRF Industrial branches. You will oversee the integrated QHSE system, maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance, and lead a multinational team spanning three factories in different countries. This position requires a proactive leader who can drive continuous improvement, manage audits, uphold customer and regulatory standards, and foster a culture of safety and quality excellence throughout the organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing NRF’s integrated QHSE system to ensure compliance with international standards and customer requirements. You will lead a global QHSE team, oversee audits, monitor supplier and production quality, and promote a safe working environment across all sites. This is a key leadership position focused on maintaining operational excellence, continuous improvement, and a strong culture of safety and quality.

Implement and maintain the integrated QHSE system across all NRF Industrial branches.

Maintain integrated ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards, ensuring compliance and support from internal auditors.

Lead an international QHSE team in three factories across three different countries.

Lead customer audits.

Control and approve/reject incoming materials and suppliers by confirming specifications.

Oversee production processes by confirming specifications and guaranteeing QHSE standards.

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.

Develop and implement a quality control plan and report according to customer requirements and standards from the marine and rail sectors.

Fulfill the company's quality mission and zero accidents policy.
What do you bring as a Head of QHSE?

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a QHSE role, preferably in the rail sector.

Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards.

Proven experience in leading and managing international teams.
