About the job

The Finance Specialist plays a vital role in supporting financial operations and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Responsibilities include assisting with financial data entry, reconciling accounts, supporting tax filing processes, and helping ensure compliance with financial regulations. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to efficient financial processes and tackling various challenges in a dynamic environment.

What are you going to do as a Finance Specialist?

Ensure the collection and recording of all relevant data on orders, cost centers, stocks, debtors and creditors in the ERP system.
Accounting you post invoices, make bank reconciliations, and are responsible for billing of our customers.
Reporting to the Director, in particular on the financial progress of projects.
Prepare balance sheets and summaries of results
Reporting on tax and other obligations to the holding company, taking into account legal requirements
Management information/forecasting system
Provide documents required in customs clearance and export

What do you bring as a Finance Specialist?

Bachelor's degree in administration and finance or accounting and finance.
Knowledge of accounting.
Good level of English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving attitude, with a focus on attention to detail.
Independence and good work organization.
You have a good command of Microsoft Office Excel.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage.
