About the job

You will be responsible for assisting the financial management team with daily tasks and planning travel arrangements. You will also be involved in projects aimed at improving the planning of various activities, such as project management, report creation, and presentations.

What are you going to do as a Finance Business Support Specialist?

  • Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and financial institutions.
  • Act as a point of contact between finance executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Supporting the management team on daily tasks and daily admin operations, such as reports, presentations, or administrative.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of finance team.
  • Travel arrangements and travel expenses for the finance management team.

What do you bring as a Marketing and Finance Business Support Specialist?

  • Proficiency level of English and good communication skills.
  • Project management skills, financial and admin background.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office, be able to manage calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

You will be based in Romania and will work closely with colleagues from different departments.
